Communication, Performance and Information Functions
The Partnership has systems in place to ensure that there is accountability and clearness about the roles of the 7 thematic partnerships and their relationship with the Partnership Board and Executive as well as ensuring that the partnership performs and achieves the Vision 2021 and the outcomes outlined in the 7 Key Objectives. The detail for how the Partnership will do this is outlined in its Partnership Accountability, Governance and Performance Management framework.
In order to effectively meet the needs of people and business in Trafford and to help deliver the Vision 2021, the Partnership needs to have an accurate and shared understanding of the community which it serves. The Partnership is therefore in the process of developing a Trafford Data Observatory which will bring together intelligence and data across all Trafford’s partners in one place.
