Trafford’s Joint Strategic Needs Assessment sets out Trafford’s future health and social care needs and will be used to plan and commission future services for both adults and children. This assessment of needs is based on information on local populations, their needs, borough profiles, lifestyle factors, the impact of ill health and disability and current and future adult social care demands. It was developed jointly between Trafford Adult Social Services, Trafford Primary Care Trust and Trafford’s Children and Young People’s service.
