The Strategic Housing Partnership (SHP) is the lead partnership on the delivery of the Better Homes Key Objective and its priority outcomes in the Sustainable Community Strategy document 'Trafford Vision 2021: A blueprint'.

The Strategic Housing Partnership includes representatives from Trafford Council, Trafford Housing Trust and other key housing providers. It is chaired by Matthew Gardiner, Chief Executive of Trafford Housing Trust.
